Upchuckle Art Pub: Event Hosts, Terms & Responsibilities
Unless tickets for an individual event are sold directly by Upchuckle Education (without leaving our website), we have been invited as a guest by the host venue to run our art workshops.
The host venue is responsible for all business aspects such as—but not limited to—ticket sales, pricing, refunds, customer service, age monitoring & enforcement, food and drinks, fulfilling promises, venue accessibility, comfort & safety, and any and all discrepancies. Prices indicated above may also be subject to HST (we don’t know—we’re not involved with that end of it). Upchuckle Education is a separate business and is not responsible, financially, legally or otherwise, for ticket disputes, venue conditions, cancellations, the host business’ customer service, or any other aspect listed above.
If you have questions about your ticket, a refund, or the venue, please contact the host venue directly. If you have any questions about what we’ll be drawing, then talk to us. :)
