UPCHUCKLE CLIENT APPRECIATION PROGRAM DETAILS, CONDITIONS & TERMS:

We believe in celebrating the people who help our creative community grow and who believe in our mission and what we do. This program is our way of saying thanks—no sneaky fine print, just clear details so everyone knows how it works.

1. How to Earn a Thank-You Gift

You’ll receive a thank-you gift for:

• Writing a public review for Upchuckle Education (on platforms such as Google or Facebook), and/or

• Referring a friend or family member who becomes a new, paying student.

Each eligible action earns you:
A) A $15 Upchuckle Education coupon code, which will be emailed to you and can be used for any of our workshops, lessons or services.
B) An entry into our next upcoming draw for a $50 gift card to a local restaurant. (for online students, we will award a restaurant location convenient for them).

You can participate as many times as you like—there’s no limit to how many thank-you gifts you can earn.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

• Reviews must be honest and publicly visible on platforms such as Google or Facebook. (We value your real feedback—this isn’t about buying reviews.)

• Referral entries are valid only once your referred friend completes registration and payment for their chosen workshop, camp or lesson. They must tell us you are the one who referred them in their Student Information Form. (There is a section for that on all forms).

• Review and referral actions made after a draw date automatically count toward the next draw.

• Household members are welcome to participate, provided they’ve witnessed the impact of Upchuckle Education.

3. $50 Draw Details

• Draws are held 3 times per year (March 10th, July 10th, November 10).

• Winners are randomly selected and notified by email.

• If we don’t hear back within 5 calendar days, a new winner will be drawn. (We will first try contacting you via email, then phone).

4. $50 Prize Pick-Up & Photos

• Winners’ names and photos will be featured on our website in our winners section and/or social media and/or newsletter as part of our celebration of your win. Local winners are required to pick up their prize at Upchuckle Education and have a quick photo taken for these uses. These terms are a condition of accepting the prize. If they’re not agreeable, a new winner will be randomly drawn.

• Winners’ must come into the school for prize pickup/photos within a reasonable, mutually agreed upon timeframe, or Upchuckle Education reserves the right to draw another name as the Winner (You would be notified of this first).

• Non-local, online students can send a clear photo with their gift card via email. In those cases, the restaurant gift card will be substituted for a similar-value restaurant in your local area.

5. Expiry, Changes & Other Notes

• Upchuckle Education coupons are 1-time use, expire 8 months from issue and have no cash value.

• Upchuckle Education offers no warranties, guarantees or credits for lost or stolen coupons.

• Prizes, draw dates, and amounts may change at any time, though we’ll always honour any draws already in progress.

• If no eligible entries exist at a draw date, that draw will be cancelled without notice.

• All draws are completely random. Family, friends, staff or volunteers of Upchuckle Education are welcome to participate and win, as their entries and potential winning will only ever be completely legitimate.

• Revisions were last made and implemented to the Upchuckle Client Appreciation Program on November 12, 2025.
