Upchuckle Education is a place where you can feel safe and supported as you learn and grow. We aren’t about judgment or perfection—we’re about progress. The only real 'rule' is approaching every challenge with a positive attitude and refusing to give up.

Absolutely not. We’re all about flexibility—partly because life happens and partly because our own availability may shift over time.

Once your curriculum development is finished, we’ll send you a scheduling link. This allows you to book your lessons up to 30 days in advance at any available time that is convenient for you.

If you’re looking for a consistent long-term routine, or if you require an evening or weekend session, please contact us at Education@Upchuckle.com for manual coordination. Please note that our standard calendar is for weekday lessons; evening or weekend sessions are only possible by special request and at our sole discretion. If we are able to accommodate an after-hours request, an additional fee of $15/hr (+HST) will apply.

Yes. As long as we have the availability, we can combine any number of lessons in 60-minute increments to suit your needs.

Just reach out to us in advance so we can make sure the schedule works and adjust your curriculum for a longer session.

We love seeing our students return! If you’re still using a purchased Lesson Pack, just be sure to keep an eye on your expiry date, which is 4 months for 3-Lesson Packs and 15 months for 12-Lesson Packs.

If you take a long break of 10 months or more between lessons, it may be necessary to conduct a Re-Introduction Interview so we can properly assess any new skills or goals you’ve developed. A minimal fee of $25 (+HST) for this interview may apply, and we will always communicate that with you beforehand.

Rescheduling a lesson requires at least 12 hours' notice. Because we prepare your curriculum in advance and hold that specific time for you, any changes made with less than 12 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be moved.

Exceptions for sudden illness or truly dangerous driving conditions are handled as a courtesy on a case-by-case basis. If you are unwell or exposed to something contagious, please contact us as soon as possible. Likewise, if weather conditions become extreme, we may reach out to postpone or reschedule. These decisions are made at our discretion to ensure everyone’s safety.

If Upchuckle ever needs to reschedule due to an instructor emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure a make-up date is scheduled for you.

For this reason, all lesson fees are non-refundable.

Generally, no. Because each student’s curriculum is custom-built based on their individual intake process, lessons aren't interchangeable between people.

The exception is if the person you’d like to give them to has already completed their own full Student Intake Process with us. Alternatively, you can choose to donate your remaining lessons to someone experiencing hardship through one of our charitable partners.

Don’t worry—you won’t lose your remaining lessons. We’ll simply calculate the remaining value of your partner’s portion and convert it into a credit for you.

Since our 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 rates are different, this credit will be applied to your solo sessions. It ensures you’ll be able to keep your momentum going and finish your training without losing your investment.
