Building on the fundamentals of 1-point perspective, this intermediate workshop introduces students to push their skills to the next level through the exciting world of 2-point perspective—used by artists and designers to create dynamic, believable artwork from multiple angles.

We’ll start with the essentials and then expand into more advanced concepts such as multiple vanishing points, foreshortening, shifting eyelines, scale and even understanding light and shadow in perspective. With guidance and examples, you’ll begin sketching interior and exterior spaces, architectural forms and imaginative environments—from simple street corners to winding spacecraft corridors.

This workshop is ideal for students who have taken our 1-Point Perspective morning workshop or who already have a basic understanding of vanishing points, eye lines and 1-point perspective. We’ll help you build on what you know and push your skills further in a supportive, process-driven environment.
